We are seeking Chefs, kitchen hand, and front of house professionals to join our team who are:

• Positive, self-motivated professionals, with a keen eye for detail

• Minimum 2 years experience

• High desire to be part of an energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated team

• Ability to be available for an interview and or start no later than 2 weeks after acceptance

Having learnt violin from 3 to performing solo classical guitar in the Sydney Opera house at 18, he has followed his musical journey around the globe for the last 12 years. Studying Classical and Jazz guitar at the Sydney Conservatorium, his passion for Flamenco and Latin music took him to Peru and Spain looking for teachers, gigs and inspiration.
